For a 200-employee company, the annual fee is set at 19,000 won per person; cumulative enrollment surpassed 20,000 learners one year after launch
Hunet, a corporate education specialist, said on the 23rd that it will run a special event through its subscription-based education membership for mid-sized and small companies, ‘Hunet FLEX.’
Throughout April, Hunet will provide a dedicated subscription service to all CEOs and leaders of companies that join Hunet FLEX.
The offerings include ‘Hunet CEO’ and ‘Leadership Journey,’ Hunet’s flagship knowledge subscription services, worth about 1 million won and 550,000 won, respectively. The program is expected to be especially helpful for small companies that lack dedicated training staff, as it can cover both employee training and leadership development in one package.
Hunet FLEX was designed for mid-sized and small companies that struggle with training operations due to a lack of infrastructure, budget constraints, and no dedicated staff. After subscribing at a monthly flat rate, employees can access more than 10,000 online training courses without limit, covering legally required education, job- and rank-based training, AI, foreign languages, leadership, and other current trends and practical skills.
Companies can subscribe on a per-person pricing model depending on the type of training they need.
Under the Basic plan, a 200-employee company can use the service for about 19,000 won per employee per year, making it possible to provide all training at roughly the cost of mandatory legal education.
The fact that cumulative enrollment surpassed 20,000 learners just one year after launch last year is also seen as evidence that this strong value for money played a key role.
Starting this month, Hunet FLEX will also be the first to apply Hunet’s self-developed Hunet AI-powered Corporate Training Center. User satisfaction is high because even small companies that find it difficult to set up a separate training center can now receive an integrated corporate training center service.
Training managers can handle everything from curriculum design to learner progress analysis on a single platform, making systematic training management possible without dedicated staff.
A Hunet official said, “Hunet FLEX provides an integrated service for employee growth at a lower cost than mandatory legal training fees,” adding, “We also planned an additional subscription event so companies can easily try it out if they want to introduce employee training welfare without the burden of training costs.”
Companies that are not included in Business Groups Subject to Disclosure, but are mid-sized or small firms, can sign up for Hunet FLEX. Applications for the April event and more details are available on the Hunet website.
