PORTSMOUTH — Heidi Spencer has joined Coldwell Banker Realty in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. She brings with her more than 17 years of real estate experience and a proven track record of success. Spencer holds her real estate license as a Sales Agent in New Hampshire and an Associate Broker in Maine.
Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, Spencer worked for Keller Williams Coastal Realty in Portsmouth for more than a decade.
Her extensive corporate sales and marketing experience allows her to effectively generate awareness of – and excitement about – her clients’ properties. She excels at matching clients with their dream homes, tirelessly searching to find a perfect fit. Spencer was born and raised in Revere, Massachusetts, and she attended the University of Connecticut in Storrs. She currently resides in Dover, with her husband, Bud, daughter, Paige, two dogs and two cats.

MANCHESTER — Sheehan Phinney announced the appointment of Brian P. Monahan as Chief Operating Officer.
As chief operating officer, Monahan is responsible for leading the firm’s administrative and business operations and serves on the firm’s management committee. He has over 25 years of experience leading teams in complex high-growth environments, and his primary focus is on delivering effective and cost-efficient services to the firm’s clients. Specifically, Monahan leads a team of professionals across multiple disciplines including finance, business development, information technology and security, human resources, facilities and office services, and compliance enabling cross-functional collaboration to realize firm goals.

Monahan received his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
